Data-deletion instructions
Updated 5 November 2026
Use these instructions to request deletion of information associated with your Crypto News Market account or a connected social account. Requests are handled by the CNM team; this page is not an automated deletion callback.
Submit a request
Email [email protected] with the subject “CNM data deletion request”. If you have a CNM account, send the request from its registered email address where possible. Identify the account or connected platform and describe the information you want removed. For a connected Facebook Page or Instagram account, include its public Page URL or username.
Do not include your password, API keys, access tokens, authentication codes, or payment-card details. We may ask for a reasonable ownership check before changing account information. Sending a request does not immediately delete the account.
What the request can cover
Tell us whether your request concerns your CNM account and profile, followed entities and preferences, service-usage records, correspondence, or a connected social account and its stored authorization information. We will review the scope, respond about the request, and explain records that need to be retained for legal, payment, fraud-prevention, or security reasons.
If you want a CNM social post removed, identify the post URL explicitly. Removing account records does not automatically remove published news, third-party copies, shares, search caches, or records held independently by payment or social platforms.
Disconnecting accounts and billing
You can revoke the CNM integration using the connected platform’s account or business-integration settings. This withdraws that authorization; contact CNM separately to request deletion of information already retained.
For a paid CNM membership, also cancel renewal through the available account billing tools or contact us about billing. Do not assume that sending a deletion request has already canceled a subscription or completed a refund.
