Crypto News Market
Privacy policy
Updated 5 November 2026
This policy describes information handled by Crypto News Market through cryptonews.market and the Crypto News Market App used to publish news to connected social accounts.
Information we handle
When you create a CNM account, we store your email address, optional name, a password hash, account verification and session records, and membership status. Password reset and email verification use temporary tokens.
Paid memberships use Stripe. CNM stores customer and subscription identifiers, payment amounts, currency, payment status, invoice or receipt references, and subscription dates. Payment details entered at Stripe are processed by Stripe.
Features you use can store followed tokens and companies, saved preferences, and audio request or usage records. Requests to the website and its infrastructure can generate technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested address, timestamps, and error or security logs.
An account owner who connects a social account authorizes access to account or Page identifiers, access tokens, selected news content and media, publication results, and operational records needed for that connection. Public social posts and their links are intended to be public. Messages sent to the CNM Telegram publishing bot can be retained with the sender or chat identifier and command results for authorization, delivery tracking, and prevention of duplicate posts.
If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message. Do not send passwords, access tokens, identity documents, or payment-card details.
Why information is used
We use account and service information to authenticate users, deliver memberships and requested features, process billing, provide support, protect the service, and keep operational records. Connected social-account information is used to manage the authorized publishing connection and publish selected CNM material.
CNM uses Google Analytics to understand website use. Analytics can involve cookies or similar identifiers and information about pages viewed, device or browser, and interactions. The website also uses an authentication cookie and browser storage for preferences and enabled features.
Service providers and public destinations
Hosting and infrastructure providers process information needed to run CNM. Stripe processes payments, configured email providers deliver account messages, and Google processes analytics data. AI and speech providers process text submitted for news production or audio generation. Connected social platforms receive the content and media selected for publication and information needed to deliver it.
Providers and social platforms operate under their own policies and may process information outside your country. Following an external news or social link takes you to a service whose information practices CNM does not control. CNM may also disclose records when required by applicable law or to investigate abuse and protect the service.
Retention and deletion
Account and operational records are retained for service delivery, support, billing, security, and recordkeeping. Different records can have different retention needs; this policy does not promise a single automatic deletion period. To ask what information is held about you or to request correction or deletion, contact [email protected].
We review requests, verify that the requester is entitled to the records, and explain any information that must be retained for legal, payment, fraud-prevention, or security reasons. Removing a social integration stops future authorized access but does not by itself erase existing CNM records or public posts. See our data-deletion instructions for how to request removal.
Your choices and contact
You can sign out, manage browser cookies or storage, change available account preferences, and revoke a connected platform authorization in that platform. Blocking storage can affect sign-in and other features. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions, access or correction requests, or deletion requests. We may update this policy when the service or its information practices change; the update date appears above.
