CryptoSlate reports that a mainnet snapshot on November 7 shows that 99.7% of Zcash's new security fund consists of historical seed funds. Only 1.12 ZEC has been accumulated under the NU7 fee rules. This raises questions about the fund's sustainability and future funding strategies.
