CryptoSlate reports that Binance experienced approximately $11 billion in withdrawals from November 1 to November 3, following a significant hack on October 29. The exchange reopened services during this period. Deposits of around $6 billion partially offset the withdrawals, resulting in a net outflow of about $5 billion. Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao noted that only a small portion of the withdrawn funds went to competing platforms.
