Unchained reports that the XRP Ledger has activated a fix for the delegated burn permission feature, which could allow for the minting of new tokens. The fix, known as fixCleanup3_4_0, required two attempts during the 14-day validator window, with the first attempt failing on October 21, just 12 days in.
